Be sure not to hold a hair dryer or any other hot instrument directly on the plastic bag or you could end up with a mess of melted plastic on your window, in addition to the tint. Cut two bin bags to roughly the shape of the window you want to remove the window tint from. Once it is covered with ammonia, wrap the glass in a dark-colored lawn and leaf bag, and begin the heating process. When working with ammonia, be sure you are in a well-ventilated area, as overexposure to ammonia fumes can be toxic. As the film dries, the remaining water may evaporate, and allowing the film to be fully cured on the window. In order to speed up the process, apply the ammonia to the glass before heating. When windows are tinted, the squeegee can only remove a certain amount of the water from between the film and the glass. To make the process much simpler, apply two things to your window before you begin. There are multiple ways to remove window tint, but after our research, we determined that using heat is the most effective and practical way to go about it. The wider the blade, the more efficiently it will strip the plastic from the window. If you want to have an easier experience removing the tint, you should always pick for the best option.By doing this, you’ll weaken the glue, making it easier to remove the color. Tinting film can be removed with a properly sharpened razor blade.
